We are also close to Schumacher College, Dartington Hall and just a mile and a half from the bustling market town of Totnes.
The room/apartment has a separate entrance (so you can come and go as you please), a large bright bedroom/studio with an antique table and Ercol chairs (where breakfast is served)
A small kitchen area has a gas cooker, fridge, kettle, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities.
The brand new bathroom (with bath and thermostatically controlled shower)leads off the entrance hall area with space to hang coats. The room is tastefully furnished with a stone Minster working fireplace, an Art deco desk and original oil paintings and etchings.
Price, Terms & Payment:
B & B prices are from £35 per person per night. For an additional charge of £10 per night a child up to 16 can be accommodated on a campbed in the room.
