A few minutes walk to the buzzing resort of Hisaronu, which offers many gift shops, bars and restaurants and nightclubs to suit every taste and is ideal for families and couples alike. A 10 minute dolmus ride down the mountain brings you to the beautiful beach resort of Olu Deniz, with its blue lagoon, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, offering safe bathing and many beach activities including pedaloes, banana boats, ringos, daily boat trips. There are also many beachfront cafes and restaurants. The nearby ancient harbour town of Fethiye offers great shopping, try the old Paspatur with its many colourful shops and cafes, wonderful dining in harbour side restaurants. The Tuesday market in Fethiye is a must for anyone wishing to haggle for a bargain, all this only a 15 minute ride away. Other activities in Ovacik/Hisaronu area are jeep safaris, quad biking, paragliding, jet skiing, scuba diving and many day trips to places of interest, all bookable locally. Also a must for anyone who has not tried it before is a visit to the local Turkish Baths, an experience not to be forgotten!

The swimming pool is shared with just 11 other apartments. There is a large patio area for lazy days in the sun. There is also a kiddies pool. You also have your own exclusive use of sunbeds and parasols.

Travel: Dalaman Airport is a 55 minute drive away. Transfers can be arranged to and from airport contact us for detail, alternatively you can arrange your own. If you need any help with flights then email or phone us.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (en-suite) with double bed. 2 bedside cabinets and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms also have a bedside lamp.

Bathrooms:

En-suite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with shower, wc and basin.

Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc and basin.

Separate wc (on upper level).

Both bathrooms and wc are fully tiled.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer.

Living Rooms:

The spacious living area has a sofa bed (double) and a second sofa set around a coffee table, in front of a large picture window looking out onto the balcony and pool. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player, as well as a CD player.

Other:
 
The large balcony, overlooking the pool has a table and chairs, ideal for dining, or just enjoying the beautiful mountain views.

Cleaning/towels/

linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided. For 1 and 2 week rentals a clean will be done at the end of your stay. If you are staying for 2 weeks and would like a mid stay clean and laundry this can be done at an additional charge of £50.

Booking notes

At the time of booking a £100 deposit per week is required (non refundable). The balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure date along with a breakages deposit of £100 which will be refunded on your return. We request no smoking except on the balcony.
